• Coordinating with Customers and different stakeholders (within the organization).

• Managing the schedule of the service delivery with the Customer.

• Ensure proper documentation & process.

• Ensure all the tasks are completed before service completion of the car.

• Ensure the best customer experience in every service.

• Coordinating with the customer for payment mapping.
