Maruti Suzuki is consistently performing well in the Indian market. Like every time, last month too, it was the country's largest car-selling company. Continuing this trend, the company is offering excellent discounts on its select cars in May 2025.

This list also includes the name of the country's most popular Hybrid SUV. The Maruti Grand Vitara, sold through the company's Nexa dealership, is being offered with a bumper discount this month. Interestingly, discounts will be available on all three of its engine options: petrol, CNG, and Hybrid.

Bumper discount on Maruti Grand Vitara

In May 2025, a discount of up to ₹75,000 along with a 5-year extended warranty can be availed on the purchase of the Grand Vitara, which is for the Strong Hybrid variant. Apart from this, a maximum discount of ₹30,000 is being offered on the purchase of the Sigma (Petrol) variant, a maximum of ₹45,000 on the Delta, Zeta/Zeta (O), Alpha/Alpha (O) variants, ₹20,000 on the CNG variant, and up to ₹45,000 on the 4WD option variant.

Price and Features

The starting ex-showroom price of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is ₹11.42 lakh, which goes up to ₹20.68 lakh for the top-spec variant. Regarding features, it gets standard 6 airbags, a 360-degree camera, Electronic Stability Program, Hill Descent Control and Hill Hold Assist, a tire pressure monitoring system, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ambient lighting, a wireless phone charger, and a panoramic sunroof.

Engine and Mileage

The 2025 Maruti Grand Vitara now comes with an E20-compliant engine, which can run on petrol blended with 20 percent ethanol. Customers can buy it with three powertrain options: a 1.5-liter mild-hybrid petrol (102 bhp, 137 Nm), a 1.5-liter strong hybrid (113 bhp, 122 Nm), and a CNG engine. Its maximum claimed mileage is 27.97 Kmpl."
