The Tata Curvv received a 5-star safety rating in the Bharat NCAP crash test. It scored 29.5 out of 32 points in the adult safety category and 43.66 out of 49 points in child protection. The Curvv performed well in child safety as well. It comes standard with 6 airbags, ESC (Electronic Stability Control), and TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). Additionally, the top-end variant of the Curvv includes features like a 360-degree camera, Level 2 ADAS, all-disc brakes, and an electronic parking brake with auto hold.
With all these safety features, the Tata Curvv SUV achieved a 5-star rating in crash tests, showcasing high safety. Its price ranges from ₹9.99 lakh to ₹19 lakh (ex-showroom).
Citroen Basalt Safety Rating
The Citroen Basalt scored 26.19 out of 32 points in the adult safety category and 35.90 out of 49 points in child protection, earning it a 4-star safety rating in the Bharat NCAP. The safety features of this car offer good protection for the head and neck of passengers (dummies) but, according to the report, it provides less protection for the chest and legs.
Regarding safety features, the Citroen Basalt Coupe SUV includes 6 airbags, EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), ESC (Electronic Stability Control), ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), and rear parking sensors. Its price ranges from ₹7.99 lakh to ₹13.83 lakh (ex-showroom).
