Mercedes-Benz India has launched two new cars in the Indian market
the Mercedes CLE Cabriolet and the AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe. Both of these cars will be sold in India through the Complete Built-Up (CBU) route, meaning they will not be manufactured in India. Let’s delve into the details of both cars.
Mercedes-Benz has introduced the new generation luxury SUV, the GLC 43 AMG Coupe 4MATIC, at a price of ₹1.10 crore (ex-showroom). The new car comes equipped with a powerful engine and the latest features.
It is equipped with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that generates 415 BHP of power and 500 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox as standard.
The GLC 43 Coupe features special AMG styling elements. The new GLC 43 Coupe 4MATIC includes a new grille, larger air inlets, body-colored wheel arches, side sill panels, and 20-inch alloy wheels.
Since this is a coupe SUV, the roof of the car starts to slope downward from the B-pillar. The new SUV features a sportier rear diffuser and exhaust, along with a black rear bumper, compared to the existing model.
In terms of interior, it features a large 11.9-inch portrait-style infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital instrument display. The car also has a full-black dashboard with red stitching and carbon fiber treatment, along with a special AMG steering wheel.
Mercedes has also launched the new CLE Cabriolet and the GLC 43 AMG Coupe. The starting price for this model in the Indian market is ₹1.10 crore (ex-showroom). The new Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabriolet will also be sold in India through the Complete Built-Up (CBU) route.
The new CLE 300 Cabriolet will replace the C-Class Cabriolet globally. The manufacturer has introduced the convertible version in India. Note that the CLE 300 Cabriolet is a two-door car available in both coupe and convertible versions in international markets.
The Mercedes-Benz CLE 300 Cabriolet features a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with a 48V mild hybrid system. This engine generates 252 BHP of power and 400 Nm of peak torque.
