Punch Facelift, and MG Magestor. With their modern designs, advanced
technology, and impressive features, these upcoming cars are ready to capture
customers’ attention. Let’s take a look at them.
Renault Kiger Facelift
The Renault Kiger Facelift is scheduled to launch on 24
August 2025. This sub-4-meter SUV will get minimal design updates along with
new features. It will feature a new front grille, updated LED headlamps, and
C-shaped tail lamps. Inside, there will be a new touchscreen infotainment
system, refreshed upholstery, and possibly safety features like six airbags.
Engine options will remain the same – a 1.0-litre naturally
aspirated petrol (72 PS) and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol (100 PS), offered with
both manual and automatic gearboxes. A CNG option will also be provided as a
retrofit. The estimated price is ₹6.20 lakh to ₹11.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
2025 Hyundai Venue
The Hyundai Venue will arrive in its second-generation
avatar on 24 October 2025. The SUV will retain its boxy silhouette but will
adopt design elements inspired by the Creta and Alcazar, such as quad-LED
headlamps and connected L-shaped DRLs.
The interior will boast premium features like dual 12.3-inch
screens, a panoramic sunroof, and ventilated seats.
For safety, it will include Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree
camera, and 6 airbags. Engine options will comprise a 1.2-litre petrol,
1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and 1.5-litre turbo-diesel. The expected price range is
₹8 lakh to ₹14.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It will rival the Tata Nexon, Maruti
Brezza, and Kia Sonet.
Maruti Escudo
The Maruti Suzuki Escudo is a mid-size SUV, scheduled to
launch on 3 September 2025. It will be based on the Grand Vitara and sold
through NEXA dealerships. Engine options will include a 1.5-litre petrol,
hybrid, and CNG.
This SUV will come equipped with Level 2 ADAS, Dolby Atmos
audio, and a 4WD system among other advanced features. The estimated price is
₹10.5 lakh to ₹18 lakh, and it will compete with the Hyundai Creta and Kia
Seltos.
Tata Punch Facelift
The Tata Punch Facelift is expected to launch in October
2025. Updates will include a new front grille, slimmer headlamps, and an
updated bumper. Inside, it will feature a larger touchscreen, a digital
instrument cluster, and touch-based HVAC controls.
It will continue with the same 1.2-litre petrol engine. The
estimated price range is ₹6 lakh to ₹10 lakh, positioning it against the Renault
Kiger and Hyundai Exter.
MG Majestor
The MG Majestor is set to launch in September 2025. This
will be a premium SUV, likely priced between ₹40 lakh and ₹45 lakh. While
detailed information about its design and features is still limited, it is
expected to rival the VinFast VF7 and other SUVs in the segment.
