Both battery options power a 134hp electric motor mounted on the front axle.
This range flexibility allows potential buyers to choose based on their driving needs, whether they require a longer range or prefer a more economical option with sufficient range for daily commuting.
MG Cloud EV Price and Competition
MG Motor India plans to launch its new electric car, the Cloud EV, this Diwali season at a price below 20 lakh rupees. With this pricing, the car will be positioned between the company's existing models, the Comet and the ZS EV. It will compete with other electric compact SUVs such as the Tata Nexon EV and the Mahindra XUV400.
The international model of the Cloud car includes fully reclining front seats, known as 'sofa mode,' round speakers mounted on the doors, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS technology. However, it is yet to be confirmed if all these features will be available in the Indian model.
