Skoda has launched the Monte Carlo and Sportline trims for its Slavia sedan, with a starting price of ₹14.05 lakh. The Monte Carlo trim features black highlights and is priced ₹20,000 less than the top-spec Prestige variant. This trim was previously seen in the Rapid sedan and Kushaq SUV.

The Sportline trim includes cosmetic updates and is approximately ₹15,000 higher than the mid-spec Signature variant. Let's take a look at the features, engine, and design of both the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo and Skoda Slavia Sportline trims.

Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Features

The Monte Carlo variant is based on the top-spec Prestige trim of the Slavia. It includes all the features of the Prestige, such as a powered sunroof, ORVMs, a 380W subwoofer for the 8-speaker audio system, front ventilated seats, and an 8-inch fully digital instrument cluster. Additionally, the Monte Carlo stands out with black highlights on the grille, badges, door handles, side skirts, rear spoiler, and bumpers. It also features 16-inch black alloy wheels. Inside the Monte Carlo is a red and black theme with aluminum pedals.

Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Price

Available in Tornado Red and Candy White exterior finishes, these variants are priced approximately ₹20,000 less than the Prestige variant (₹15.99 lakh - ₹18.69 lakh).

Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Powertrain

It comes with three powertrain options a 115hp, 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine with a choice of a 6-speed manual or torque converter automatic, and a 150hp, 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.

The Skoda Slavia Sportline features

The Sportline trim is based on the mid-spec Signature variant of the Slavia. It includes black 16-inch alloys along with the black finish seen in the Monte Carlo trim. Additionally, it offers extra features like aluminum pedals, new grey fabric upholstery, and a powered sunroof, among other convenience features. The Sportline is priced approximately ₹20,000 more than the Signature variant.

Competition for Skoda Slavia

The Skoda Slavia competes in its segment with several models, including the Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Maruti Ciaz, and Volkswagen Virtus (all prices are ex-showroom India).
