still the best option. Last month, there was a lot of activity seen in this
segment. On one hand, the Maruti Dzire remained the best-selling sedan in the
segment. Meanwhile, sales of the Hyundai Aura and Maruti Ciaz have also
increased.
Maruti Suzuki Dzire tops the list. This popular sedan was bought by a total
of 15,484 people last month. This figure represents an impressive annual growth
of 15 percent compared to the 13,421 units sold in June 2024.
The starting ex-showroom price of the Maruti Dzire is just ₹6.84 lakh. The
company offers it with standard 6 airbags, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android
Auto with a 9-inch infotainment system, a single-pane sunroof, rear center
armrest with cup holders, wireless charger, cruise control, and a 360-degree
camera. Its claimed maximum mileage is 33.73 KMPL.
Hyundai Aura stands second in sales. Last month, this popular sedan was
purchased by a total of 5,413 people. This number shows a 26 percent annual
growth compared to 4,299 units sold in June 2024.
Honda Amaze
In third place on the list is the Honda Amaze. A total of 2,274 people
purchased this excellent sedan last month. This figure shows a 27 percent
annual growth compared to the 1,794 units sold in June 2024.

thanks to a remarkable increase in sales. Last month, 1,028 units were sold,
showing an 80 percent annual growth compared to 572 units sold in June 2024.
Besides the top 5 sedans mentioned above, last month Skoda Slavia sold 896
units, Hyundai Verna 813 units, Tata Tigor 788 units, Honda City 709 units, and
Toyota Camry only 180 units.
